Delete Your InnoTech Hub Account

InnoTech Hub is a product of Innotech IT Consultancy.

Users of InnoTech Hub may request permanent deletion of their account and associated personal information.

How to Delete Your Account

Option 1: Delete Your Account from the App

1. Open the InnoTech Hub application.
2. Sign in to your account.
3. Open your Profile or Account Settings.
4. Select Delete Account.
5. Follow the instructions shown in the App to confirm the request.

Option 2: Request Deletion by Email

You may also request account deletion without using the App.

Information to Include

To help us locate and verify your account, include:

• Your full name
• The email address registered with your InnoTech Hub account
• A statement confirming that you want your InnoTech Hub account permanently deleted

Where possible, send the request from the email address associated with your InnoTech Hub account.

We may ask you to verify ownership of the account before completing the deletion request.

What Data Will Be Deleted?

Once a valid deletion request has been verified and completed, we will delete or anonymize personal information associated with your account, which may include:

• Account information
• Profile information
• Registered email address
• Learning activity associated with your account
• Course enrolment information
• Course progress associated with your account
• Other personal information associated with your InnoTech Hub account

Information We May Retain

Certain limited information may be retained where reasonably necessary for:

• Legal or regulatory obligations
• Fraud prevention
• Security
• Dispute resolution
• Enforcement of legal agreements

Information retained for these purposes will not be used to continue operating your deleted account as an active InnoTech Hub account.

Information contained in system backups may remain temporarily until those backups are overwritten or deleted according to our normal backup-retention procedures.

Processing Your Request

After receiving a valid account-deletion request, we will verify the account where necessary and process the request within a reasonable period, subject to applicable legal and operational requirements.
